Hi there,

It has taken a while to get to this email out - apologies for the long delay.

My wife and I used your services in October of 2005 to move home from Cremorne to Bilgola Plateau.
I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your services. We had two fellows whom showed up for the job on time and worked a full 10 hours in helping us move. I can't remember both of their names, but one was Jeremy and the other one definitely started with a J. One fellow was a Kiwi and the other was from the UK.

The guys put on a moving display that I have never come across in more than 15 moves in the past 20 years. They were very careful with our belongings and possessed super human strength in carting our things up more than 50 stairs at our new home. The guys were individually carrying sofas and bed frames and mattresses that definitely weighed in excess of 40-50kg on their own without help. They would drop one item off in the house, then literally sprint down 50 stairs to the truck at the bottom of a steep driveway and then carry the next item as fast as they could back up the drive and the stairs. I worked right alongside them to speed things up, and the three of us worked for 10 hours straight. I can confirm, since I was there the entire time, the boys barely stopped for lunch and never took breaks.

I was surprised to say the least as we were on an hourly rate with you, and it would have been in their best interest to slow things down a little. Quite the opposite happened, and, in fact, a few of your other teams and trucks showed up at the end to lend a hand, which was unnecessary as we were almost finished. Amazing.

Just can't say enough about how fantastic they were. Sorry it has taken this long to send along our thanks.
