Dear Michael,

I spoke to you last week to tell you how pleased I was with the services of Jeremy and Alex who moved me from Frenchs Forest to Naremburn on the 5th August last. I thought you may like to use a Testimonial to let other potential clients know how satisfied I was with the removal day.

Jeremy and Alex arrived on time, and were polite and courteous, introducing themselves and talking me through the day's event and the timing involved. They worked so hard I could not keep up with them, every pot plant (dozens and dozens) went carefully into, and out of their Van without one mishap. I thought I had hours to spare, but the boys were so fast and efficient that they took over from me in the last room left unpacked, and packed up all my clothes and shoes, and labelled the boxes perfectly so unpacking was easy.

They were waiting at the new home when I arrived from the Real Estate office with the keys, and quickly and carefully unpacked everything in a very organised and meticulous manner, making sure that there were no drops, spillages or damage done on the property or the walls and paths they used.

At the end of the day Jeremy went through the costs with me, and right to the end was extremely professional and very well mannered and friendly. Both boys were very sensitive to the challenges and potential 'trauma' a big moving day (I had lived in the family house for 27 yrs) can bring, and made me feel relaxed, cool, calm and collected and gave me lots of laughs to brighten a very hard working day!
